With the WWDC 2020 just around the corner, there have been several leaks about Apple products in recent weeks. But now we're finally getting some action from the foldable side. A new leak now hints that Apple's rumoured foldable could feature two main screens rather than one foldable screen.
According to Jon Prosser, Apple's foldable doesn't use a foldable display. Instead, the current prototype that the company is working on apparently comes with two displays. He also said that despite the use of two display panels, they look rather seamless when combined. If this is true, then the effect would be as good as a foldable, sans the crease in the middle that many dislike.
The memes are funny — but it doesn’t look like they just stuck two phones together.

Even though they’re two separate panels, when the displays are extended, it looks fairly continuous and seamless.
Besides that, Prosser also made a few claims about the device's design. The foldable iPhone is said to have rounded stainless steel edges like the iPhone 11 and won't have a notch. However, it will have a "tiny forehead" on the outer display that houses the Face ID sensors. What's interesting is that this implies that the device will have 3 displays in total, with a small outer display similar to what's used on the Galaxy Z Flip.
While Prosser has proven many times that his leaks can be fairly accurate, this foldable is supposed to be in the prototype stage so a lot of things can still change. Having said that, what do you think of the details shared so far? Would this be an iPhone you'd be interested in?
