This news might be useful if you own the Apple Vision Pro. According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, you might have to visit the official Apple retailer or Apple Store if you forgot your passcode. So, what should you know about it?

For your information, there is no on-device method to reset your passcode for the Apple Vision Pro. When setting up the device, it will ask you to key in a 6-digit passcode twice. You can also use Optic ID to bypass this feature. In case you didn’t know, it works like the Face ID or Touch ID.

Moreover, you might need to jot down your passcodes on your phone and so forth. Because the Vision Pro will require you to key in the passcode after you restart it. Like the iPhone, the device will be disabled if you enter incorrect passcodes too many times. Unfortunately, there is no way to bypass the passcode lock feature currently.

The only way to solve this issue is to bring your device to the nearest Apple Store. You can also ship it to the official Apple retailer. Hopefully, Apple will introduce a solid solution for this issue.
