A few days ago, we wrote about the GXBank app that is available to download as Malaysia's first digital bank. While there's a waiting list, the company just announced that there will be a new GXBank debit card coming soon.
According to the website, future users of the GXBank debit card will be able to earn unlimited 1% cashback when used every single time. It sounds unbelievable but that's what GXBank is claiming. Furthermore, the debit card can be virtually stored within the app for bills, groceries, petrol, tolls, dining, shopping and many more.
In order to hype up this new debit card, GXBank is promoting RM1 fee waiver across 10,000 MEPS ATMs nationwide. Additionally, it can be used overseas with no markups and no hidden fees (for now). Cashback is also applied when paying for GrabRewards at Jaya Grocer.
The GXBank app is still currently in beta mode and only a handful of users have been selected to participate in it.
