Remember the e-sports centric Garmin smartwatch from last year? The company launched the Instinct Esports Edition in October 2020, with the idea of tracking a user's health and other metrics when gaming. Now, we can confirm that it's now available here in Malaysia.

According to Garmin Malaysia, the Instinct Esports Edition is a smartwatch that comes with a unique feature. Specifically, it can monitor and analyse your heart rate and stress levels during games. You can then add your biometric data to your live streams with the STR3AMUP! software.

To be honest, we think the idea is at least something different and health enthusiasts may like it. But we don't know if anyone else would be interested. Potential gimmick aside, the smartwatch also has MIL-STD 810 standards in durability, up to 80-hours of battery life in esports mode, and tracking for over 30 sports modes.

If you're interested, you can get the Instinct Esports Edition from selected retailers, the AECO e-store, Lazada, and Shopee. It will retail here for RM1399, which is pretty affordable for a Garmin smartwatch. With that said, would you be interested in buying this?
