As we wait for the Google Pixel 10 series launch on 20 August 2025, the company has officially peeled back the curtain on its upcoming Pixel?10, offering a clear glimpse at the base model. We can't say we are too surprised by the design, as it retains the familiarity of the phone.

Familiar Yet Fresh Aesthetic

Though the Pixel 10 retains the sleek and flat-edged design language of the Pixel 9, it debuts in a new Frost (grey-ish blue) colour. Besides that, the standout change is the inclusion of a third rear camera, likely a telephoto lens, marking a first for the non-Pro Pixel line. The exact specifications remain unconfirmed, but leaks point to a more versatile optics setup compared to previous models.

Any Other Teasers?

Google’s Store site (US-based) features a teaser video showcasing the phone, but that's about it. We also expect the upcoming Pixel Watch 4, Pixel Buds, and potentially other accessories to show up at the Made by Google event in August. Visitors who sign up for emails by August 18 will receive a promo code on launch day for a Pixel device purchase.

 Looking Ahead

With its robust design preview, Google is clearly building excitement for a bigger, better, and more colourful Pixel 10. The addition of a third camera on the base model is a nice surprise, expanding its imaging flexibility.
