Google could be aiming at the flagship-level audio gadget segment by launching a new product that fits in. A new report has appeared claiming that the company is currently working on the Pixel Buds Pro and would bring top-of-the-line tech specs, including active noise cancellation (ANC).

Tipster Jon Prosser said the new earbuds would also be available in Real Red, Carbon, Limoncello, and Fog colours. However, there's not much information regarding the tech specs. Since this is one of the first rumours about the earbuds, we shall hear more about it soon, not to mention that the I/O 2022 is happening next week.

Besides ANC, industry expert Mishaal Rahman states that the Google Buds Pro could have some features aligned with Android 13. The upcoming software update could include Bluetooth LE (low-energy) Audio support. Previously, we also saw the news that Google is working on features like head-tracking and spatial audio within the operating system.
