HONOR Band 7 release: 1.47-inch AMOLED display and 14 days battery life at ~RM158

Apart from releasing the HONOR 80 GT and HONOR Pad V8 Pro yesterday, the Chinese tech company also released its latest fitness tracker, the HONOR Band 7. Featuring a 1.47-inch AMOLED display with 2.5D curved glass, the screen sports 221 ppi. 

According to HONOR’s official Chinese website, the wearable has all the usual fitness tracking and health monitoring features. These include up to 96 sports modes, blood oxygen monitoring, heart rate monitoring and sleep monitoring.

The Band 7 also comes with payment support, remote control photography and music playback controls. In terms of battery, HONOR claims that the fitness tracker can last up to 14 days with typical use and 10 days with heavy use. 

Other notable features include Bluetooth 5.2, fast charging support and colour options of Rose Pink, Cedar Blue or Magic Night Black. In China, the Band 7 is priced at CNY249 or ~RM158 though consumers in the country can get it at a discounted price of CNY199 or ~RM127 during its pre-order period from now until 6 January 2022.
