Besides the Magic8 Series launch, HONOR also officially revealed its next-generation flagship tablet — the MagicPad 3 Pro with AI-enabled functions. Here's everything you need to know about the tablet.
The HONOR MagicPad 3 Pro Tech Specs
For starters, the MagicPad 3 Pro is powered by a 5th-gen Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition chipset. It is an octa-core SoC with a 2× Prime 4.6 GHz and 6× Performance 3.62 GHz architecture, paired with the Adreno 840 GPU. Additionally, it is also equipped with 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal storage, and ships with MagicOS 10.0 based on Android 16.

The MagicPad 3 Pro’s centrepiece is its 13.3-inch LCD panel with a 3200 × 2136 resolution, 3:2 aspect ratio, and DCI-P3 wide colour gamut that supports 1.07 billion colours. HONOR has included an adaptive 165Hz refresh rate with seven dynamic levels — 165Hz, 144Hz, 120Hz, 90Hz, 60Hz, 48Hz, and 30Hz.
At the camera corner, the MagicPad 3 Pro comes with a dual-camera system featuring a 13MP (F/2.0 AF) main lens and a 2MP (F/2.4 FF) macro shooter. The setup supports up to 4K (3840×2160) video recording and detailed photos at 4160 × 3120 resolution. On the front, a 9MP (F/2.2 FF) camera handles selfies and video calls, offering up to 4K video capture and features like portrait mode, time-lapse, voice-activated capture, and timed photography.

The biggest highlight, though, is the massive 12450mAh lithium-ion polymer battery, supporting 80W Super Fast Charging (and backwards-compatible with 66W, 40W, 35W, 22.5W, and 10W standards). The device can fully charge in around 1.38 hours, according to HONOR’s lab tests.
Connectivity and Software Intelligence
Running MagicOS 10.0, the tablet integrates deep AI features, cross-device collaboration, and smart multitasking tools. With the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 Extreme’s AI engine, the MagicPad 3 Pro can intelligently manage app performance, predict user behaviour, and optimise system resources dynamically.
In terms of wireless specifications, the device supports Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 for high-speed data transfer and external display connectivity.
Price and Availability
The HONOR MagicPad 3 Pro is available in China with three memory variants (16GB + 512GB, 12GB + 512GB and 12GB 256GB, all WiFi versions), at a starting price of 4699 Yuan (~RM2.8K).
HONOR Malaysia is very likely to bring the MagicPad 3 Pro here, although no announcement has been made yet. Until then, stay tuned for the official news, only at TechNave.com.
