Qualcomm has announced the Snapdragon 888 Plus chipset today as a more powerful version of its previous flagship Snapdragon 888. Not long after the announcement, HONOR is quick to confirm that its upcoming Magic 3 series will be utilizing the latest chipset.

According to the President of Product Line at HONOR, Ms Fang Fei, the Snapdragon 888 Plus will indeed appear in the Magic 3 series. She also stated that the platform’s industry-leading performance and improvements in AI will allow the company to create “a mobile experience that will fulfill the needs of even the most demanding users".

We're happy that HONOR is now able to gain access to another US technology after it was confirmed that the company is back to using Google Mobile Services. For now, it is unsure how many devices will be included in the Magic 3 series but we're all very excited for no matter what is being put on the table.
