Well, the company is not resting on its laurels, as it’s reportedly planning to test an even bigger capacity battery on a mid-range smartphone next year!
HONOR is reportedly planning a mid-range smartphone with a jaw-dropping 10,000mAh battery
According to GizmoChina, which sourced reliable tipster Digital Chat Station, HONOR is planning to start testing a battery of around 10,000mAh capacity on a device starting in the first half of 2026. The tipster added that the device would be a mid-range smartphone, which is in line with what we’ve shared previously.
Besides that, Digital Chat Station said that despite the tablet-sized battery, the smartphone will still retain a thickness of under 8.5mm. Of course, do take this with a grain of salt, as nothing is confirmed just yet.
