It seems that Digital Chat Station recently stated on the user’s weibo account, stating that HONOR’s upcoming HONOR 50 will be the first phone to come equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 775G chipset. The HONOR 50 Pro, as well as the HONOR 50 Pro Plus, on the other hand, are expected to come equipped with the top of the line Snapdragon 888 chipset instead.
Unfortunately, there’s no information in regards to the exact performance numbers, Malaysia release date, and local pricing of the smartphone for now. Not only that but do take some of the information with a grain of salt, due to the fact that HONOR has yet to provide an official statement on the leak.
