Now that CES 2018 has passed behind us, we can now look forward to other smartphone gadgets that are coming soon. It was only last week that we announced the official arrival of the HTC U11+ by Brightstar Distribution Sdn Bhd, but today there will be a new variant called U11 Eyes and it will be revealed soon in Beijing, Taipei and Hong Kong at the same time. Here's what we know.

Coming directly from HTC Taiwan Facebook page, the U11 Eyes is designed as a selfie smartphone so you can probably bet that there is a pair of cameras on the front but no information was revealed on how many megapixels it has. However, thanks to Twitter leaker Evan Blass, the device is said to feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 652, 4GB + 64GB memory, Android Nougat out of the box, an awesomely huge 3939mAh battery and IP67 water and dust resistant grading. Edge Sense should also be present and rumours have it that facial recognition could make it to the cut.

That's all we know so far, so until then we will wait for the official announcement later so stay tuned for that at TechNave.com.
