While Computex 2024 comes to a close, HTC suddenly made a surprise announcement that a new phone will be launching soon. Scheduled to debut on 12 June 2024 at 8 AM in Taiwan, the next phone could be the HTC U24 Pro.
The U24 Pro was spotted on the Google Play Console last April and according to the list, the phone could feature a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, 12GB of RAM, a 1080p display and run on Android 14 out of the box. If true, HTC may be planning to market this phone as an upper mid-range tier device for the masses.
That's pretty much what we know about the U24 Pro. Just for your information, the U23 Pro was released in May last year and has gone quiet ever since. HTC also used to be a powerhouse Android phone brand in the past before being overtaken by others.
