HUAWEI Malaysia today released the HUAWEI MatePad 10.4 alongside several other products during its Smart Office Launch event. Supporting a rich ecosystem with multiple smart features, the device is aimed at being a productivity and educational companion for consumers.
The stand out feature of the MatePad 10.4 has got to be its screen. Sporting a 10.4-inch 2k HUAWEI FullView IPS Display at a 16:9 aspect ratio, the screen is also compatible with the HUAWEI M-Pencil Package (2nd generation).
Under the hood, the MatePad 10.4 is powered by the HiSilicon Kirin 710A CPU coupled with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The tablet also comes equipped with a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP selfie camera.
Other notable features include the HarmonyOS 2.0 operating system, LTE connectivity and a beefy 7250mAh battery. The MatePad 10.4 can also be paired with the aforementioned M-Pencil as well as the HUAWEI Smart Keyboard.
Speaking of the which, when paired with both accessories, users will be well equipped to tackle all work tasks with compatible apps such as WPS, Jnotes and Touchnotes. All of which provide an excellent writing and drafting experience.
Moreover, the device also has integration into HUAWEI’s Super Device concept for Smart Office. Basically, it’ll enable Cross-Device Collaboration which allows users to connect multiple devices together into one for a seamless working experience.
The MatePad 10.4 is priced at RM1599 and will be available for pre-order from 22 April 2022 until 2 May 2022. During this period, consumers can get freebies worth up to RM898 including the M-Pencil 2nd Generation and Smart Keyboard.
