Besides launching the MatePad Pro 12.2, HUAWEI today also launched the HUAWEI MatePad Air 2024. Featuring a colourful and sleek design with compelling specs, read on to learn more.
Interestingly, the official website didn’t mention what the processor of the tablet is, with the RAM configurations being up to 12GB and storage options up to 512GB. Under the hood, it also sports a massive 10100mAh battery with support for 66W charging via the USB-C port.
Display-wise, it’s a 12-inch 144Hz IPS with a 2.8k resolution, 1000 nits peak brightness and an 88 per cent screen-to-body ratio. The selfie shooter at the front is 8MP while the main camera at the rear is also a 13MP sensor paired with an 8MP ultra-wide.
Other notable specs include HarmonyOS 4.2, a 5.9mm thickness, a 555g weight, Bluetooth 5.2 and colour options of either Grass Green, Cherry Powder, Feather Sand White or Smoke and Cloud Ash. In China, the tablet starts at CNY2999 or ~RM1876, with global availability yet to be announced.
