Back in August, we’ve spotted the HUAWEI Watch GT 2 Pro on multiple certifications and one of them was SIRIM Malaysia and it might be launching alongside the HUAWEI Mate40 series.  Today, there’s a new leak on it which finally unveiled the design and outlook of the smartwatch with the highlighted long-lasting battery life.

According to the source which was from a Turkish site HUAWEIAilesi, the HUAWEI Watch GT 2 Pro has a sleek and slender curve that looks like stainless steel or brushed aluminum case and a black silicone strap.  On the promo image, it shows the classic watch face with the analog watch hands to show the hour and minutes as well as the date and weather temperature.

Besides the design of the watch, the highlighted feature on this promo image will be the long-lasting 2-weeks battery life. Since the HUAWEI Watch GT, we’ve known that smartwatches don’t last you through a week of battery life on daily and heavy usages. But this time, the HUAWEI Watch GT 2 Pro will sport a 455mAh that supports 10W of wireless charging, so with this huge battery, it might really last up to 2-weeks of power usage.

Either way, there’s still no official confirmation on the tech specs and release dates yet, but we do expect it to be announced at IFA this week. So what do you expect from the HUAWEI Watch GT 2 Pro? Let us know at our Facebook page and stay tuned for more tech news updates on TechNave.com.
