Just yesterday, vivo unveiled their latest OriginOS which will replace ColorOS in the future. There will be many new features for vivo smartphone users to use but perhaps the most important question is which phone would get the upgrade. To answer that, the company just posted the official roadmap on which vivo phone will be getting the software update.
Before we get into that, it's worth noticing that there's a new unknown flagship phone in the chart. It's the first entry there and from translation, it means the next X flagship device and rumoured to be the vivo X60. Besides that, OriginOS will begin rolling out before 31 January 2021 with the following phones mentioned in the image below.
As you can see from the chart, the following wave will be before Chinese New Year (12 February 2021) and Q2 2021 respectively. It seems that their gaming-centric smartphone - iQOO series will also be getting the upgrade, as well as the NEX series.
