If you’re a huge fan of night photography on smartphones, you may want to have a look at these photo samples taken with Super Night Mode on the HONOR 20 Pro with f/1.4. The HONOR 20 Pro is the world’s first smartphone to to utilize f/1.4 with a 48MP sensor. Earlier today, President of HONOR, George Zhao, shared some shots taken by the smartphone.

The main 48MP sensor is coupled AIS which is implemented into the Super Night Shot mode for crisper photos. Also, the 48MP AI Ultra Clarity mode that we’ve seen on the HONOR View20 is as well as the AI photometric system has been made available on the HONOR 20 Pro as well. A photo sample taken with the wide angle lens was also shared today. The EXIF shows f/2.2 aperture and 17mm focal length. The photos taken by the HONOR 20 Pro were very impressive and it is no surprise why the device puts a strong emphasis on photography with capabilities such as these.

The lights are illuminated perfectly without being blurry while maintaining details of the background with almost no noise

So far, the only tech specs we know about the device is that it may be powered by the Kirin 980 chipset and a 6.1 inch OLED display with 22W fast charging support. Perhaps we’ll hear more rumours as the launch date comes closer. As of right now, there is a game on the HONOR website which has players utilize the different lenses of the HONOR 20 device in order to find clues and codes.
