Meshing technology and fashion together may seem like a miss-match thing to do, but that doesn't stop brands from trying to make it work. For a while, we have seen some wow's and meh's, but the latest Huawei Nova 5T entry certainly proved that it works with that cool looking body and a flagship performance for just RM1599! The pre-order for the device will start tomorrow (29 August 2019) and if you're thinking of getting one, here are the top 5 reasons why you should pre-order the Nova 5T.

5 AI cameras

Equipped with not three or four but five AI camera sensors in total, the Nova 5T features a 48MP (Sony IMX 586, F/1.8) + 16MP (Super Wide Angle, F/2.2) + 2MP (Depth Assist, F/2.4) + 2MP (Macro lens, F/2.4) quadruple rear camera, whereas the front camera is 32MP. Again, customers are getting more than what they bargained for with these camera setups which definitely offers a value for money device.

A Kirin 980 chipset

Starting with the tech specs, the Nova 5T has a Kirin 980 which is currently Huawei's most powerful chipset. Unveiled since a year ago, the Kirin 980 was the world's first 7nm fabrication process chipset with dual Neural Processing Units or NPUs for better AI or Artificial Intelligence. Not only is it more energy-efficient, but it's capable of processing up to 4500 images per second.

On top of that, the Kirin 980 can handle gaming easily with its Mali-G76 GPU and it has a Cat.21 modem for up to 1.4Gbps download speed. For just RM1599, you're actually getting a lot more than what you ask for!

Fashionable Design

Sure, there are a lot of nice-looking smartphones with a beautiful gradient design these days. But the Nova 5T takes the cake with its unique Midsummer Purple design that looks so fashionable and stylish for the young generation. The ultra-small front camera cutout is a welcome addition as it doesn't distract you that much when watching a video or gaming.

Besides Midsummer Purple, you can also choose Crush Blue and Black. The choice is yours!

Enhanced user interface experience

Having a powerful chipset is nice, but the user experience is just as important as well. The Nova 5T will come with EMUI 9.1 pre-installed which most Huawei phones don't have yet, giving the Nova 5T users first-hand privilege. From the micro-realistic style to the EROFS (Extendable Read-Only File System) reading system that can go up to 63.3 MB/s, this is particularly convenient for those who multitask a lot.

EMUI 9.1 also comes with GPU Turbo 3.0, so mobile gamers can take advantage of the gaming capabilities too. This enables them to enjoy a smoother and power-saving gaming experience, such as the ever-popular Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, PUBG Mobile, and 23 other game titles!!

Super Fast Charging technology

Like most newer Android smartphones nowadays, most of them have a fast charging technology for the battery and the Nova 5T is no exception. The battery pack is just 3750mAh but it's supported by a 22.5W Super Fast Charging technology, so this allows you to charge your phone up to 50% within 30 minutes!
