We talked about the much rumoured Honor V9 as an international phone before, but that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore now that Huawei actually show us a new phone - Honor 8 Pro (which was also speculated as another code name) in their Russian counterpart with an official launch date 5 April 2017.

According to the Huawei Russian site, the phone will sport a Kirin 960 octa-core processor clocking in at 2.4 GHz, 6 GB RAM, 64 GB ROM (with expandable storage via  microSD card up to 256GB), a QHD 5.7-inch display with 1440 x 2560 resolution, dual 12MP cameras at the back, 8MP front camera, a fingerprint sensor, and a 4000 mAh battery. Moreover, it will come in black, blue and gold and will be $450 (around RM1991).

If this is the case, we might as well get this international variant into Malaysia although it’s remained to be seen. Stay tuned for more Honor news at TechNave.com.
