Honor Hunter gaming laptop's cooling system has lifting mechanism

Last week, news of the upcoming gaming laptop by Honor mentioned its cooling system. The Honor Hunter gaming laptop is expected to have very efficient heat dissipation, but how that would be achieved was not mentioned. Now, the company has revealed how its cooling system would look like.

According to Honor, the laptop will feature two heat dissipation technologies that were officially patented. First is the lifting mechanism, which will greatly increase the air intake of the laptop. Secondly, the laptop has a large heatsink that covers a lot of components inside the laptop, allowing more parts of the laptop to dissipate heat quickly.

If you've seen the video, you'll probably notice that the lifting mechanism is similar to the one first released by ASUS for its ROG Zephyrus laptop a few years ago. Since it's a patented design, Honor's cooling system may do something else that's new here. The laptop is expected to launch on 16 September 2020, so we'll find out more soon.

With that said, what else do you think the two cooling systems above could do to improve heat dissipation? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned to TechNave for more updates on this gaming laptop.
