News of the Honor X10 Max continues to come in droves. Yesterday, it was already confirmed that the phone will come with a large 7.09-display and will launch on 2 July 2020. Now, Honor has also hinted that the device's display will support RGBW colour output.

In a recent Weibo post, Honor mentioned that the Honor X10 Max will come with "255-0-0 0-255-0 0-0-255 255-255-255". That's the colour coding you often see in image editing software, corresponding to Red, Green, Blue, and White. In this case, the Honor X10 Max's display is expected to have a maximum brightness of 780nits, making it easy to see even under direct sunlight.

Besides that, the Honor X10 Max is expected to come with a Dimensity 800 5G chipset, at least 6GB of RAM, and at least 128GB of internal storage. It should also have a battery that's larger than the 4300mAh found in its smaller Honor X10 sibling. Moreover, there should be a 40MP main camera that uses an RYYB colour filter.

With most of the details about the screen revealed, Honor will likely start mentioning the phone's other specs and features. Having said that, what do you think about the choice of an RGBW display? Let us know on our Facebook page and stay tuned to TechNave.com for more news.
