The pre-order of the Huawei MatePad Pro 12.2-inch ends today so with that, the official launch starts tomorrow (12 October). For a limited time until 11 November 2024, customers who purchase the newest Huawei tablet at RM4,599 can bring home an exclusive gift bundle worth RM2,546.
Similar to the pre-order bundle, getting the MatePad Pro 12.2-inch will include a free Huawei Glide Keyboard, M-Pencil 3rd Gen, Huawei Sound Joy and a Huawei Bluetooth Mouse. Additionally, those who purchase online will also receive an extra cash voucher worth up to RM300. To recap the features, the MatePad Pro 12.2-inch sports a Tandem OLED PaperMatte display with 2,000 nits peak brightness, 2,000,000:1 ultra-high contrast ratio, 2.8K resolution, and a 92% screen-to-body ratio thanks to ultra-narrow 4.6mm bezels. Additionally, users can also make use of the 144Hz refresh rate and 480Hz touch sampling rate.
Huawei Malaysia also developed a new GoPaint app with a new Fluid Brush, which mimics the natural blending of pigments like ink and watercolour that's suitable for painting and calligraphy. To celebrate the launch, the company is presenting the GoPaint Malaysia Creating Activity 2024, a national digital art competition running from 12 October to 31 December 2024.
