Huawei Watch GT 2e released - 2 weeks of battery life, 50M underwater resistance and more for ~RM873
Asides from announcing the latest Huawei P40 series smartphones, Huawei have also announced a new generation for their Watch GT series. Today, we were introduced to the Watch GT 2e and as you can expect, this wearable is for the sports enthusiasts who are serious in tracking their health. It currently costs €199 which is around ~RM873.
In terms of functionality, the Watch GT 2e is more or less the same with the other models. Its battery life can survive up to 2 weeks, there are 100 workout modes with additional new ones such as rock climbing, skateboarding (lol) and parkour, and of course, users can use it for swimming up to 50M deep with heart rate monitoring. Speaking of heart rate monitoring, the wearable also has sleep and stress monitoring, as well as a dedicated Sp02 monitor (oxygen level). Lastly, users can store up to 500 songs which is fairly impressive.
With the new Watch GT 2e, Huawei also announced a new Champagne Gold edition for the Watch GT 2 (42mm). The prices for the leather and white variant are €249 and €229 (~RM1093 and ~RM1005) respectively.
