Looks like Huawei isn't done with the list of products to be revealed at the big event next week. The company is set to launch the Mate 40 series on 22 October 2020, along with possibly the Mate X2 and Mate 30 Pro E. But audio products are becoming a regular with Huawei and another is expected to launch during the event.
Thanks to the latest teaser from Huawei, we now know that a FreeBuds Studio is coming soon. The 'FreeBuds' series mostly consists of wireless earbuds, such as the FreeBuds Pro that was launched recently with the Watch GT2 and Mate T10s. Besides that, there is also the more affordable FreeBuds 3i that was launched back in May.
But this time around, we believe there are two indicators why the FreeBuds Studio may not be a TWS earbud. If you look at the poster image, you will notice what seems to be the diaphragm of an audio speaker. But in our opinion, the word 'Studio' here means it's going to be a headphone. After all, Apple has named its headphone the AirPod Studio, so Huawei might want to take advantage that moniker as part of its marketing strategy.
