Last week, Huawei uploaded a teaser image for the nova 8i. It was soon announced that it would be launching soon along with a few other products on 6 July 2021. Now, Huawei Malaysia has officially made the phone available here for RM1299.

The nova 8i is a mid-range device aimed at offering a good looking phone with decent tech specs and good cameras while keeping the price relatively affordable. It features the Snapdragon 662 chipset, 8GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, and a modest 4300mAh battery. As you can see, the chipset may not be that powerful but its other specs are pretty good.
