Earlier last week, Jack Dorsey, CEO of Twitter’s Twitter account got hacked on Friday, and now hundreds of millions of Facebook users phone number got exposed from an Internet database that anyone can search and access to before it was taken down. Still, as of now, there is still no evidence on any Facebook accounts having been hijacked... yet.

Facebook could not identify who was behind all this, but it was believed to happen because of a discontinued feature on Facebook. The feature enabled people to look up users profiles by using their phone numbers which has since been shut down due to the Cambridge Analytica scandal in March 2018.
