After the recent global listing, Infinix Malaysia have officially released their NOTE 30 series with the Infinix NOTE 30 and Infinix NOTE 30 Pro. Both will feature MediaTek Helio G99 chipsets, 8GB RAM, 256GB storage, 6.78-inch and 6.67-inch displays with 120Hz refresh rates, JBL dual speakers and large 5000 mAh batteries using Infinix All-Round FastCharge at RM699 for the NOTE 30 and RM899 for the NOTE 30 Pro.

Infinix NOTE 30

The base Infinix NOTE 30 is powered by a MediaTek Helio G99 chipset, 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. However, the aforementioned 6.78-inch display is an FHD+ (1080 x 2460 pixel resolution) LCD with 120Hz refresh rate and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. For cameras, there’s a 16MP front camera in a punch hole while on the back there’s a 64MP + 2MP + 2MP triple rear camera setup.

It uses a 45W All-Round FastCharge for the 5000 mAh battery and also supports reverse wired charging. Other notable tech specs include the aforementioned dual JBL speakers, Android 13, NFC, a side mounted fingerprint sensor, a 3.5mm audio jack and support for a MicroSD card but it only supports 4G LTE. Available in black and blue it looks very much like an iPhone with its flat sided metal chassis and rounded corners.

Infinix NOTE 30 Pro

Despite it being the highest-end, the Infinix NOTE 30 Pro is only 4G LTE capable, but makes up for it with 68W All-Round FastCharge that even has wireless and reverse wireless charging, something that you don’t usually see for a phone below RM1000. The 6.67-inch display is also AMOLED but retains the same 120Hz refresh rate and increases the touch sampling rate to 360Hz.

The NOTE 30 Pro also features a 108MP + 2MP + 2MP triple rear camera but upgrades the front camera to 32MP. It also has a cooling vapor chamber, so if you’re a gamer, then this is the Infinix NOTE 30 series phone for you. All of the other tech specs and features are the same though but the NOTE 30 Pro is available in black and gold.

As we’ve said before, many of these features like the up to 68W All-Round Fast Charge, 8GB RAM, 256GB storage, 6.78-inch FHD+ displays, punch-hole front cameras are really features that you don’t often see in below RM1000 entry-level smartphones, so they’re pretty good deals which are available from 25 May 2023. In addition there will be a NOTE 30 Series First Day Sales Promo from 29 May to 2 June 2023 where you can get a Limited-Edition Infinix x MLBB MSL Championship Gift Box (while stocks last).
