Today is the day, Infinix Malaysia officially launches the latest Infinix NOTE 50 5G series: NOTE 50 Pro+ 5G, NOTE 50S 5G and NOTE 50X 5G. There is also a new pair of Infinix AI Buds, but in this article, we will take a look at the NOTE 50 Pro+ 5G.
To kick off, the NOTE 50 Pro+ 5G is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Ultimate 5.5G chipset and a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, which is capable of supporting up to 120FPS for select mobile games such as Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, PUBG and Honor of Kings. To further enhance the mobile gaming experience, there is also an XBOOST AI Gaming Engine.
In case you missed our news about this last time, the XBOOST AI Gaming Engine helps fine-tune gameplay with tools like the ZoneTouch Master for touch optimisation, Magic Voice Changer for fun in-game communication, and AI Magic Box to automate repetitive tasks. The JBL dual speakers also complement the mobile gaming experience, and a built-in Adaptive Thermal Management System and a VC heat dissipation module measuring 12,326mm² across 11 layers aid in reducing device heat by up to 10°C.
In the camera corner, the NOTE 50 Pro+ 5G features a 50MP OIS periscope camera system with 6X digital lossless zoom and up to 100X zoom range with an 8MP ultra-wide sensor, alongside a 112° ultra-wide-angle lens. Infinix also integrated AI Super-Resolution and its AI RAW Image Processing, which are said to provide 50% better colour accuracy, 30% noise reduction and 40% sharper resolution.
