Infinix Note 40 5G Malaysia release - Dimensity 7020 SoC, 108MP main camera and 120Hz AMOLED at RM1299

After releasing the Note 40 Pro 4G and Note 40 Pro 5G in March, Infinix Malaysia today announced another variant of the series in our country today, the Infinix Note 40 5G. Featuring some competitive specs at the price range, read on to find out more about the device. 

The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7020 SoC paired with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage. Under the hood, there’s also a 5000mAh battery with support for 33W charging via the USB-C port.

Display-wise, it’s a 6.78-inch 120Hz AMOLED with an FHD+ resolution and a centre punch-hole cutout housing the 32MP selfie shooter. Meanwhile, the main camera setup at the rear is a 108MP main camera paired with two 2MP sensors. 

Other notable specs include Android 14 via XOS 14, an in-display fingerprint scanner, JBL-tuned dual speakers, an IP53 rating and colour options of either  Black, Gold or Silver.
