If you recall, there was a leak last month revealing that Instagram had been working on direct posting from the desktop site. Of course, the company hasn't announced it yet. However, some users seem to have gotten access to it already.

The feature was spotted by Matt Navarra, who revealed that you can now publish posts from the Instagram desktop site. Instagram users can access it by clicking on the '+' button next to the Messenger icon. As you can see, the interface is similar to the one revealed in last month's leak. You'll be able to choose the size of pictures, directly upload them, add filters, and more.

Mind you, the feature doesn't seem to be widely available. Plenty of users have confirmed that they don't have it, and we Malaysians don't have access either. This means that it could be a limited AB testing for users in selected countries. It also doesn't work via web browsers on mobile devices.

How about you, did you see the '+' icon on your Instagram desktop account? If you did, do let us know in the comments below! For updates on the feature's official release, stay tuned to TechNave.com.
