Intel has officially introduced the Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors in Malaysia. Codenamed Panther Lake and the first to be manufactured using the Intel 18A process node, they promise all-day battery life for thin and light laptops with Intel Arc Xe3 graphics, offering performance comparable to discrete graphics cards.
Also… Intel Core Series 3 processors too
While these are targeting the higher-end market, Intel have also announced the Intel Core Series 3 processors (codenamed Wildcat Lake) for the mid-range to budget laptop market as well.
Built on the same foundations as the Core Ultra Series 3, the Core Series 3 processors claim 47% better single-thread performance, up to 41% better multi-thread performance, and up to 2.8x improved GPU AI performance (compared to a PC 5 years ago).

Coming to laptops soon
These Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors will be featured in various laptops, including brands such as ASUS, Acer, Dell, HP, Lenovo and MSI. While there were no exact Malaysia release dates for each of these brands, we did manage to see a few of them on display (so, check them out below).
