A few hours ago, the Road Transport Department of Malaysia (JPJ) kicked off a customer feedback survey aimed at improving its digital services. As part of its commitment to delivering a more user-friendly and efficient online experience, JPJ is calling on the public to share their experiences and suggestions.
How to Participate
Users can take part in the survey by scanning the QR code provided (see the image below) in the official JPJ announcement or by visiting this direct link JPJ Digital Services Survey. JPJ said your responses will directly contribute to its digital transformation efforts, supporting its goal of becoming a more modern and accessible public service agency.
The Purpose of the Survey
As mentioned earlier, JPJ is looking to improve several features on its digital platform. This includes renewing your driving license online, accessing vehicle-related services and others. JPJ's digital platforms include the MyJPJ application, JPJeBid system and online portal.
Government-related apps often get joked about online for their performance and user interface qualities. It was only recently that the Malaysian government announced a new MyGOV Malaysia mobile app, which will launch in July 2025 as an all-in-one government service platform.
