It was just a few days ago when rumours of a new MagicBook laptop from Honor would be getting a model with AMD CPUs. At the time, many like us predicted that this laptop could be the latest MagicBook Pro and it seems that prediction is accurate.

According to a new leak by @_rogame on Twitter, the has just revealed some of the key specs of this AMD model that will be available in two different variants. First, there's the one that comes with an AMD Ryzen 7 4800H CPU, 16GB of DDR4 RAM (2666MHz), and a 1TB Samsung NVMe SSD. The other one has an AMD Ryzen 5 4600H CPU, 8GB of DDR4 RAM (2666MHz), and a 512GB Samsung NVMe SSD.

Besides that, the leaker mentioned that the SSD vendor may vary, meaning that it might not be a Samsung SSD for all regions. He also claimed that the RAM is likely to be soldered, which would mean that you won't be able to upgrade it. More importantly, there's no info on a discrete GPU so far, so the laptop could be using the integrated Vega GPU. It could also be using the same Nvidia GeForce MX350 equipped on the Intel model launched a few months back.

The RAMs being soldered is considered the one niggle for this thin and light notebook, but what are your thoughts about it? Would you be interested in this AMD model of the MagicBook Pro? Do let us know on our Facebook page and stay tuned to TechNave.com for more news.
