The Lenovo IdeaPhone K900 has just barely managed to outscore the Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 powered Samsung Galaxy S4 / S IV. Using the AnTuTu benchmark, the Lenovo IdeaPhone K900 scored an impressive 25827 against the Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 powered Samsung Galaxy S4 / S IV. The Lenovo IdeaPhone K900 may have the following specs:

  • 2GHz Intel Atom z2580 dual-core processor
  • 2GB RAM
  • 16GB of storage (no microSD)
  • 5.5-inch FHD LCD (401 ppi)
  • 13MP rear camera + 2MP front camera
  • 2500 mAh battery
  • Android 4.2

While this is a very impressive score, it still doesn't beat out the Samsung Exynos 5 Octa powered Samsung Galaxy S4 / S IV which recently got 27417 on AnTuTu. Due to its larger 5.5-inch phablet level screen size it would probably be better if it were compared against the Samsung Galaxy Note II instead of the Samsung Galaxy S4 / S IV. However, it does speak well for the small but growing number of Intel powered smartphones in the market. According to previous rumours the Lenovo K900 should be released in Malaysia sometime in April 2013.
