[Update] The promo sale period has been moved and is now from 1 August to 30 September 2020.
In May 2020, Lenovo announced its latest line-up of gaming PCs in Malaysia. One of them is the Legion 5i, which became available just last month. But Lenovo is already looking to get more people on board with its latest 15-inch gaming laptop and has announced a new promo sale from 21 July to 31 August 2020.
Specifically, this promo applies to those who buy a Lenovo Legion 5i laptop bearing the following part number: 82AU006NMJ, 82AU006PMJ, and 81Y6007VMJ. If you made your purchase during the promo period, you'll get to redeem freebies like a gaming backpack, mouse, headset, Intel game code, and Steam vouchers worth up to RM1037. These configurations aren't listed on the Lenovo Malaysia website yet, but you can look at the sticker on the base of your new laptop to see if it matches. Just make sure you have your proof of purchase for redemption.
According to Lenovo, the first configuration comes with an Intel Core i5-10300H CPU and Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 GPU, while the third configuration has an Intel Core i7-10750H CPU and Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Ti GPU instead. We don't have the tech specs for the second configuration, but it most likely has the same Core i5-10300H CPU with the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Ti as the GPU. Prices for the Legion 5i start from RM4199.
Do note that redemptions end on 14 October 2020 (T&C) and the freebies will only be delivered 6-8 weeks after your claim has been validated.
