It has been two weeks since Lenovo Malaysia launched its new line-up of gaming laptops in Malaysia, which are excellent products who those who want to play PC games. But if you're on the hunt for an excellent workstation laptop, Lenovo has two new options from the ThinkPad series for you. Earlier today, Lenovo has announced the launch of the ThinkPad P14s and P15s in Malaysia.
The ThinkPad P14s and P15s are entry-level class workstations, to provide portability and lasting battery life at a more affordable price. They are designed for professionals who are constantly on-the-go but need access to programs like AutoCAD, Revit, or SOLIDWORKS. To achieve this, both laptops will come with the latest Intel vPro, which provides security features like remote management and diagnosis. Speaking of remote management, both laptops will come with a free 120-day license to he Mechdyne TGX High-Performance Remote Workstation Software.
In terms of specs, the ThinkPad P14s and ThinkPad P15s will come with the latest 10th Gen Intel CPU, with four options of up to Core i7-10810u available. They'll also come with an Nvidia Quadro P520 GPU with 2GB GDDR5 VRAM, up to 48GB of DDR4 RAM, and up to 2TB of PCIe NVMe SSD storage. Additionally, the ThinkPad P14s and P15s weigh 1.47kg and 1.75kg respectively, making them relatively lightweight as well.
Of course, there are plenty of other features that are packed into the two PCs. Both machines come with support for WiFi 6, Thunderbolt 3, the ThinkShutter privacy cover, Ubuntu OS, and Red Hat Linux OS. Their displays will also come with Dolby Vision HDR and X-Rite Pantone Factory Colour Calibration, which will be great for video or photo editing.
