According to Bernama, the portal, called ‘Aduan Buli’ or roughly translated to mean ‘bullying complaint’ in English was launched on 18 August 2022. Radzi further elaborated that 16 complaints were received through the Public Complaint Management System (SISPA) and the other 3 through WhatsApp at 014-8009325. The Education Minister stressed that an in-depth investigation will be conducted whenever a complaint is received before taking the appropriate action and that no schools will be sidelined.

He also said that the most important thing is that the complaint reaches the ministry as soon as possible so that bullying cases can be dealt with emphatically. The Aduan Buli portal can be accessed here, whereby all bullying incidents can be reported directly to MOE.

Furthermore, the portal also provides 3 channels for the report of bullying incidents in school, which are via a special hotline at 03-88849352, the aforementioned WhatsApp hotline and an email at [email protected].
