If you still use Threads, you would have heard the news about Meta launching a web version. Well, looks like it's happening and according to Meta spokesperson Christine Pai and Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, it's now rolling out for the next few days.

As a web version, you should do pretty much the same thing as the app. At the moment, you can view some Threads posts on your web browser but there's nothing else you can do. However, the future Threads web will allow you to do more with some differences here and there. This includes navigation icons at the top of the page and a button at the bottom left corner to switch between For You and Following feeds.

Another difference between the app and the web version is that you won't be able to edit your profile or send a post to Instagram direct messages from the web. The Threads web version URL can potentially be called Threads.net and will be useful for companies to share news and updates on the go.

When Threads first launched, it quickly became the fastest-growing app reaching over 100 million users in just four days. But since it lacked many features, Threads' daily active user count has decreased by 82% in just a month and continues to decrease. The team still has some plans to integrate some features (such as hashtags, editing posts and so on) but hasn't implemented them yet at the time of this post.
