Microsoft Xbox Series X appears in the wild

When it comes to new products, seeing product renders and press images can be great. But nothing beats seeing the actual product in real life, as it can give us an idea of what it looks like and gauge the size. Which is why it's nice that we finally got a glimpse of the Microsoft Xbox Series X recently thanks to leaked photos.

Thanks to Twitter user KeemaMr, we now have live photos of Microsoft's upcoming next-gen console. The Xbox Series X was showcased at an exhibition at the Xperion E-Arena in Germany. It may not be the retail unit, as one of the photos shows that it's a prototype, but it's the finalised design so what you see is what you will get.

Of course, this isn't exactly the first time the Xbox Series X was shown off in real life. Way back in March, the folks at Digital Foundry uploaded a hands-on video of the prototype console to YouTube. However, we're not sure if any design elements may have changed since then, so we can't tell you if that video showed the final retail design. We do know that it's confirmed to have a 12-TFLOP GPU.

Anyway, Microsoft seems quite confident that its latest game console will do quite well, so maybe they'll consider launching it in Malaysia. But what are your thoughts on that? Would you go for the Xbox Series X or the PS5? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned to TechNave.com for more news.
