The new dual-screen Windows 10X may not be coming this year, but a few other Surface devices should still make it. Back in January, it was rumoured that Microsoft could be working on a Surface Book 3 that could launch this year. Also, the company is likely to launch multiple Surface devices within 2020, including the Surface Go 2.

According to MSPoweruser, sources in Microsoft have revealed that a new Surface Go 2 tablet is coming soon. Microsoft did not release a successor for the Surface Go last year, so it's great to finally see one may perform well as an entry-level device. Allegedly, this Surface Go 2 device could launch as early as May 2020.

There's evidence of this device being real too, thanks to a 3DMark benchmark that was found by Windows Latest in February 2020. Through that benchmark, it was revealed that the device features an 8th Gen Intel Core m3-8100Y dual-core CPU and 8GB of RAM. It's also supposed to come in LTE and WiFi-only variants.

Microsoft will probably announce the Surface Go 2 along with the Surface Book 3 via an online stream soon. Hopefully, there will be news of whether the device will be released in Malaysia.
