Motorola Moto Z2 Play revealed for RM1999, with better features and improved Moto Mods
Today, Motorola Malaysia has released a barrage of mid-low range smartphones into Malaysia, the highlight of the event was the Moto Z2 Play (RM1999), as well as the Moto C, Moto C Plus, Moto E4, and the Moto E4 Plus. In this news article, we will focus on the Z2 Play first and its features. Below is the official specifications:

- 64GB internal storage (expandable memory available via microSD card)
- Measures 156.2 x 76.2 x 5.9mm, weighs 145 grams

Continuing the footsteps of its predecessor, the Moto Z2 Play will have the Moto Mods for the user's Moto experience in entertainment. This includes the moto projector, JBL speaker, battery charger, a 10x optical zoom camera and a gaming mod. Unfortunately, none of these are available yet as no price tag for each were revealed. But they are coming soon in the near future.

Hasselblad camera mod makes a return
Moving on, the Turbo Charge technology returns to the Z2 Play, able to charge the phone up to 7 hours of power in just 15 minutes. There's also a new Moto Voice which can assist the user in providing helpful information such as weather or calendar updates, or automatically launch an app without unlocking the phone. The fingerprint sensor has also been redesigned as well, users can now navigate through the screen via the home button by swiping either left or right, tap to go home and a long press to go home. Lastly, the water-repellent nano coating is a nice welcome.
The Z2 Play is now available for sale at all authorized Lenovo Mobile dealers and retail outlets. Also, the first 1000 customers who purchase the phone will receive an exclusive gift box consisting a carbon fiber style cap, Z2 Play Metal phone frame, a selfies stick and a nano liquid film.
