Motorola Razr 2 is expected to come with a larger display

News of the next foldable device from Motorola has been picking up recently, with Lenovo recently confirming that the Motorola Razr 2 is coming later this year. This was soon followed by leaks of some of the device's specs. Now, an often reliable source is claiming that the display is going to be larger than the one on its predecessor.

According to Ross Young, the Motorola Razr 2 will come with a 6.7-inch display, compared to the first Motorola Razr's 6.2-inch screen. He also claimed that the front display, which is the smaller one you see when the device is folded, will also be larger than the 2.7-inch of the current model. This suggests that the Motorola Razr 2 could be an overall larger device, so the battery could also be much bigger to compensate.

Besides that, the foldable is expected to sport a Snapdragon 765G chipset, 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of internal storage. It's also supposed to be getting a 48MP Samsung ISOCELL Bright GM1 sensor, a big improvement over the 16MP sensor from the first generation Razr foldable. The front camera is also getting a big upgrade from a 5MP to a 20MP sensor.

The way I see it, increasing the size of the Motorola Razr 2 probably isn't enough to convince people to get it over another foldable. The upgraded cameras could serve as incentives, but in the end, it may depend on how much the device will retail for. But what do you think about this?
