Besides the Huawei P60 series and Mate X3 launch on 23 March 2023, the company will also be unveiling a brand new FreeBuds 5 at the event. While the teaser poster looks ordinary, the leaked packaging shows an interesting design of the wireless earbuds.
As you can see on the cover image, the FreeBuds 5 has a unique water droplet-ish shape that's unlike anything we have seen before. Rumours have it that the wearables have a new HWA/HiRes audio wireless gold standard certification, as well as possibly longer battery life.
That's all about it as there were no spec leaks online. However, we have seen our fair share of wild wireless earbuds designs over the years (remember the bean-shaped earbuds?) so its practicality has yet to be determined. Whatever the case is, we hope that it's not just aesthetically pleasing but won't fall off that easily.
