Coolpad is one the latest smartphone manufacturers to enter Malaysia, but they have yet to market themselves as one the most budget friendly smartphones makers in the world. While we are still waiting for what they have to show us, a new Cool Play 6 device was just announced. Here are the official specifications:

Marketed as a gaming smartphone, the main highlight of the phone is that the huge 4060mAh battery is good enough to make the device last 252 hours on standby, 9 hours of surfing the internet, 8 hours of video playback, and 6 hours of intense gaming (according to them). It’s also said that there is a built-in smart temperature control technology that monitors the device’s performance and heat, so it doesn’t get overheated when gaming. On top of that, it also has a WiFi performance optimization to make sure the battery doesn’t waste its energy.
