Due to all the criticism it has garnered in regards to online privacy, Facebook has been working to introduce new measures to either improve on this area or make its users more aware. One of its latest method is the Off-Facebook Activity tool, which allows users to see what third-party sites are sharing with Facebook in regards to your activities outside of Facebook.

Facebook has been working on the tool since it was first announced in August last year and now it's available. Mark Zuckerberg confirmed its availability in a blog post earlier today, calling it a 'new level of transparency and control'. To be specific, Off-Facebook Activity allow you to see your activities on a site, such as buying things, logging in to apps, and more. Then, if you so choose, you could clear your recorded user history and even prevent Facebook from keeping any future records.
