OPPO A5i features Snapdragon 6s 4G Gen 1 SoC and 5100mAh battery
Under the hood, the A5i is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6s 4G Gen 1 SoC, meaning that it only supports up to LTE connectivity. The processor is paired with 4/6GB RAM and 128GB storage, while the battery is a 5100mAh cell, which supports 45W SUPERVOOC charging via the USB-C port.
Screen-wise, it’s a 6.67-inch 90Hz LCD with up to 1000 nits peak brightness, HD+ resolution and a centre punch-hole cutout housing the 5MP selfie shooter. At the rear, the main camera is an 8MP shooter paired with an undisclosed secondary camera.

Other notable specs include dual SIM, Bluetooth 5.0, ColorOS 14, an IP54 rating, wet touch support, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 3.5mm audio jack and colour options of either Nebula Red or Starry Purple. In Malaysia, the base 4/128GB variant is listed at RM399 on the official OPPO website, while the 6/128GB configuration is RM499.
