On 18 January, OPPO will be launching the Enco X true wireless earbuds with active noise cancellation in India. The pair of true wireless earbuds have actually been announced back in October last year in China. Now, the company is finally bringing it to another country. Does that mean Malaysia will be the next country to get it as well?

The OPPO Enco X feature 11mm dynamic drivers and 6mm balanced membrane drivers. They have a frequency range of 20Hz to 20KHz and support LHDC, AAC, and SBC audio codecs. For active noise cancellation, the Enco X come with different modes including Max Noise Cancellation, Noise Cancellation, Transparency, and Noise Cancellation Off. They also use a dual-microphone system to achieve better noise cancellation performance.

For connectivity, the pair of earbuds uses Bluetooth 5.2 with support for binaural low-latency Bluetooth transmission. They come with a 44mAh battery while the charging case carries a 535mAh battery. Oppo claims that a single charge can give up to 4 hours of music playtime in Max Noise Cancellation mode and up to 20 hours with the charging case. Without noise cancellation, the earphones are said to last 5.5 hours and another 25 hours with the case. Lastly, the Enco X support Qi wireless charging and are IP54-rated for dust and water resistance.

When the pair launched in China, they were priced at 999 Yuan (~RM627). Other than that, they also arrived in three colour options including Black, White, and Green. It is worth mentioning that 18 January is the date for the OPPO Reno5 series to arrive in several countries that are Thailand, Taiwan, Singapore, India, and Malaysia as well.
