The launch of the OPPO Find X3 series is coming next week, but the leaks just keep coming. Although many of the tech specs have been revealed, more details of the upcoming flagship are trickling in. However, there's one new bit of news about the display.

According to @UniverseIce, OPPO will be the second company to have a phone with an LTPO display. It's speculated that only the Find X3 Pro will be the model that comes with this display. LTPO displays are supposed to provide a greater range of adaptive refresh rates from 5Hz to 120Hz, as well as 10-bit colour support.

Interestingly, the OPPO Find X3 Pro may not be the only model with an LTPO display. The OnePlus 9 Pro that's scheduled to launch on 8 March 2021 could also feature this type of display. Incidentally, the latter is expected to launch with a 6.78-inch display with a maximum 120Hz refresh rate and 1440p resolution. If the Find X3 Pro is using the same panel, its display should have similar specs.

Now while Ice Universe has mostly been a reliable source, you should still take the news with a grain of salt. Although you'd have to wonder, why would anyone want to use a 5Hz refresh rate? Do share your thoughts in the comments below, and stay tuned to TechNave for more news like this.
