For those who enjoy playing mobile games, the upcoming OPPO K9s could be a great option for you. Last week, OPPO mentioned that the phone will come with an X-linear motor inside. Well, we finally have info on what that motor is for.
In the latest posts, OPPO revealed that the X-axis linear motor will deliver powerful haptic vibrations to the device for a more immersive experience in games. Moreover, the motor will allegedly give you the tactile feedback normally found in mechanical keyboards with the virtual keyboard. You can also pick 1 out of 3 different lighting effects for the keyboard.

On top of that, OPPO provided more details on the phone's display. The OPPO K9s will come with a 6.59-inch display with a punch-hole on the top-left. It will cover 100% of the DCI-P3 colour gamut, provide a 240Hz touch response, and support a variable refresh rate of up to 120Hz. Specifically, you can pick six different refresh rates - 30Hz, 48Hz, 50Hz, 60Hz, 90Hz, and 120Hz.
It seems that OPPO is mostly targeting this model at mobile gamers, so we're looking forward to this phone's audio performance too. But what are your thoughts about this phone so far? Let us know in the comments, and stay tuned for the launch of the OPPO K9s tomorrow on TechNave.
